Day 4 in Aomori

Summary: Nothing went our way. A really tough loss against Switzerland 4-8 after being 6-4 before last end. And followed by another loss against Germany. We played OK in this game but was one or two points down all the game. But it was close. It came down to an extra end and a dramatic last stone. But the feeling in the team is still optimistic. Tomorrow is a new day and we promise to go 110% in the games against Japan and Denmark. Goodnight!/Team

Hi girls,
If you write in english I have to try as well. It's a challenge... I think a lot about you and I follow you the best I can. They show mostly Germany at Eurosport, not so funny...

I hope you win the game against Denmark. It looks a little bit hard right now, 5-1 to denmark after 4.

Good luck from Maria Prytz

Hey girls,
Don't get demoralised because everything isn't going smoothly! I believe you can be your old selves in the last rounds and get that gold once again! You're the best! Best wishes from Zoja from Belgrade!

Hej hallo,

Dont worry too much about losses. Everyone wants to win from the best team in the world. Remember last year, in which you won all. You are far the best. Please keep it together and all will be good. I will support you all the time.

Uh, what a strange championship! Strange matches with strange results! I hope you are not too sad right now, since you absolutely remain the best team around and we know that even the greatest have bad courses of luck. You made absolutely wonderful comeback in the match against Denmark and it's a real pity you lost by just one stone in the end. And it's great you did your best against the Russians, even though everything was over by then - characteristics of only the greatest teams! So, I expect you to be back on the throne next year, wish you all the best and do keep posting in the blog! Love, Zoja

Hi ladies,
Sorry for the test mail, but I saw you this morning on TV watching the final game, so I thought, maybe you will keep us in touch with a few further informations after day 4.

May I have an explication from you for an amateur curling fan ? What happend in the game against the Tschechs ?

I was a little confused about the results of most of the teams. Let me make a statement: Never in the past few years a European Champion and the second seated played disappointing like this (ITALY) and all others, except Canada, were taff together with not very constant games.
But it is very interesting, when the ranking is taff till the end.

Last but not least, I wish you a safe trip back to old Europe, enjoy chocolate rabbits and coloured eggs in a few weeks and a wonderful hot summer. I hope, you will keep this blog running....thanks.
