Day 6 in Aomori

This is getting really frustrating! Every day follows the same pattern. We tried and we tried and we were well prepared. But still not the result we expected. An important win against Italy in the morning draw (12-1) but then. Good-bye to semifinal after an unexpected loss against Czech. They really played great curling (and with some luck) and we missed crucial shots and were completely out of luck. But we have to stay focused. An important last game tomorrow against Russia. Important for the Olympic Games in Vancouver 2010. Every country collect points from the worlds 2007, 2008 and 2009 and the top ten countries will be represented.

hello champs
i was as sad as you were when looking at your results in Japan.. but you still are world's best curlers! and i have some good advices for you: anna, you should now finally concentrate more on your curling accuracy than on your dog shows! leave the animals at home when playing abroad, for no-one of you has to leave the rink while playing! hahahaha
lots of love, big hugs from switzerland!
the finally married urs (and conny is still fine!)

Hi all! Don't be upset- there's still plenty of time this year to kick butt. You're still the #1 for us :) Take care- enjoy the SAKE!!

Hej hej!
Just wanted to wish you all a wonderful summer (at least a wonderful rest of the summer)!
I visited Stockholm a few weeks ago. It was soooo great! I tried to speak as much Swedish as it was possible...and I think the Swedes understood, what I wanted to say. ;)
At the moment I try to find a Swedish family, which would take me as an au-pair in one year. Hope I'll find a nice one. :)
Ha det jttebra!
Bsta hlsningar frn Tyskland!
